Introduction

The FODEF’s first goal is the perpetuation of the works of Francis and Evelyne Delaye (deceased 05/12/2016 and buried in the old cemetery of GASVILLE 28300), especially the special spiritual mission of Francis known as France Victor Marie blessed in her quest by Pope Francis on 20/11/2018.
